Today VMware vForum 2014, in Copenhagen is held.
Today’s theme is “Amplify The Possibilities” which covers terms as mobile, cloud and software-defined data center.
First, Lars-Bo Klausen Danish contry manager on the scene, and then left the stage to Joe Baguley who held this year Keynote speech. It’s so liberating the way he manages to get the audience to keep up with even the smallest details.
After the keynote, walked a few departments Danish vmware guys on stage and made a short demo of a hybrid cloud solution, here after, it was time for a short break before the next session.
In the break time I just vent by Veeam‘s booth, before the bell sounded.
I chose the track which provided software-defined data center focusing on VSAN, which must be one of the major topics of the time. It was a fine presentation that Rasmus from VMware Denmark held.
and then I was then a session with EMC, who also had an idea of how a software-defined data center might look like.
